1.99d -> 1.A9 release

注意:同じ項目の中でも下のほうほど最近のベータ版での変更点となります。

Characters

  • Base block modifier down to 0 for paladins, -1 for everyone else, -2 for sorcs.
  • Reduced mana per energy point by -1 (now you gain +2, +4 or +6) to reduce the chance of overflow with heavy investment.
  • Energy Factor power increased, but now tapers off at very high energy investments to prevent damage overflow.
  • The minion resistance cap is now +75%, up from 50% (and not 25%, liars).
  • Slightly reduced mana gain per energy point of some mana-intensive characters to avoid mana overflow.
  • All enemy-affecting resist pierce skills (except the assassin uberskill Phase Bomb) have been removed, leaving only item-based sources of -% resist (including Shadowfiends). This is because due to a bug in D2, they worked at full strength against immunities based on shield auras, making a lot of uberquests trivial to beat. Sorry, people.

  • Fixed most passive poison descriptions.
  • Unnerfed leech.

  • Slightly reduced leech nerf.

  • Rebalanced many mana costs.

  • Partially unnerfed leech. Noobs.

アマゾン

  • Death Ray: fixed too-long formula causing erroneously low damage.
  • Dragonstrike replaces Wraith Arrow: fires a slow moving dragon that shoots spines at nearby enemies.
  • Ghost Arrow: added self-synergy for +1 arrow per 10 levels.
  • Fairy Ring: fixed base target seek range; +0.6 yards at all levels.
  • Moon Warrior: increased enhanced damage bonus from 15% to 20% per level.
  • Pact of Blood: duration now goes up with hard points.

  • Dragonforce: damage 1/2; starts at 2 targets; fixed incorrect excessive target description.

  • Dragonforce: damage now 1/4.

  • Dragonforce: damage again 1/2, but dragons move 50% faster.

  • Dragonforce: range synergy now from Ghost Arrow; now gains +1 target per 2 levels to balance it against Barrage and Phalanx.
  • Spirit of Vengeance: detection range is already 80, and because I'm such a failure, I can't make it follow you either.

  • Blood Elementals: increased mana cost.
  • Starstreak: reduced graphical spam.

  • Dragonforce: reduced attack rate from 5 to 3 shots per second.
  • Spirit of Vengeance: eliminated sprite-heavy effects off reanimated Core Lords and Plaguebringers.

アサシン

  • Doom: reduced synergy from 20% to 15%.
  • Perfect Being: now based on hard points, but you get run speed from soft points.
  • Rocket Blade replaces Maelstrom: fires a zigzagging explosive knife.
  • Scorpion Blade: now gains +1 blade per 10 Broadside levels; synergy moved to Rocket Blade.
  • Singularity: mana cost frozen at 780.
  • Way of the Spider: poison length now increases by 0.2 seconds per level.

  • Singularity: corrected mana cost.

  • Perfect Being: bonus +5% at all levels.
  • Phase Bomb: resist pierce locked at -15%, enough to remove immunities but not enough to break uberquest shield auras.
  • Singularity: mana cost now 470.

  • Death Blossom: increased mana cost.
  • Perfect Being: reverted to 1.99 status.
  • Scorpion Blade: max blades synergy is now from Rocket Blade.
  • Vampiric Icon: improved leech.

  • Perfect Being: fixed corruption issue.

  • Black Lotus Strike: reduced mana cost.
  • Broadside: timer -1 second due to popular qq.
  • Death Blossom: reduced mana cost.

バーバリアン

  • Eagle Stance: heal rate now based on hard points, and there is now a slight damage penalty.
  • Kraken Stance: added max level synergy from all other stances.
  • Lion Stance: corrected display showing excessive damage; reduced ED% component; removed max level synergy but increased magic damage per level.
  • Predator replaces Berserk Fury: similar effect, but instead of hit recovery speed it offers life steal.
  • Runemaster: reduced by half.
  • Screaming Eagle replaces Eagle Dive: similar effect, but instead of resist pierce it reduces damage and attack speed.
  • Shower of Rocks: now instead of the (bugged) physical resist pierce, it reduces enemy damage. This is because the proposed -% attack rating change was useless because you didn't bother doing the math or you did and concluded that -50% attack rating is slightly inferior to x2 defense so it's weak and gimped. Please abandon your melee barb. I want you to make a bombsin.
  • Snake Stance: slowing effect is now a self-synergy.
  • Spirit Guide: now also adds +40% total defense, +15% per hard point.

  • Screaming Eagle: fixed description.
  • Shower of Rocks: changed effect to -% enemy attack rating to prevent reaching 100% in the right party/with the right oskills.

  • Kraken Stance: removed max level synergy because people don't get it, yay.
  • Spirit Guide: description is now correct.

  • Kraken Stance: implemented 2% synergy from any other stance.
  • Spirit Guide: removed effect from Wolf Companion, because it defeats the point when the wolf is untargetable.

  • Eagle Stance: nerf reverted: heal bonus again based on soft points because I forgot people do not want to put more than 1 point into an active defensive skill unless it makes you invincible, and even then. This one only makes you half invincible.
  • Kraken Stance: corrected description.
  • Shower of Rocks: improved power of the attack rating curse.
  • Thundergod: reduced nova frequency to prevent permastun effect.
  • Wolf Companion: +1 wolf per 5 levels; fixed targetting issue with the curse; removed erroneous AR display.

  • Spirit Guide: now again affects Wolf Companion; increased radius.

  • Eagle Stance: now again soft point based, removed damage penalty.
  • Fortress: mana cost frozen at 40.
  • Screaming Eagle: reverted unpopular graphic.
  • Shaman's Path: greatly improved Bloodlust damage bonus
  • Snake Stance: corrected synergy description.
  • Spirit Guide: boosted defense and reduced radius to match its role as a skill to encourage proper battle positioning (ie. right with the stupid minions in the middle of danger).
  • Stormblast: damage increased from 1/4 to 1/2. It was a well balanced skill, and thus useless.

  • Rebound: corrected description.
  • Screaming Eagle: limited range.


ドルイド

  • Poison Flash: coverage +1.

  • Fire Fountain: slightly reduced mana cost.
  • Hailstorm: no longer misfires if you don't click on the target.

  • Fixed corrupted formula leading to erroneous Lifeshield defense numbers.

ネクロマンサー

  • Buckshot: QUAD RANGE.
  • Deathstrike: doubled flat damage component, which isn't bugged.
  • Famine: reduced ED% to prevent damage overflow.
  • Fireheart Totem: to reduce lag, rate of fire divided by 4 but damage multipled by 4.
  • Necromantic Trance: added sound effect.
  • Summon Rampagor: poison damage now increases with character level, up to 5-10x higher than before!
  • Summon Void Archon: aura no longer reduces enemy resistance, but now reduces damage by 25%.

  • Soulshatter: nerf undone, but now properly has ND (2 frames).

  • Soulshatter: removed ND again because zomg any skill with ND is useless, even if it has a ND of *2* and it was bugged to have no ND in the first place so it's like an omnidirectional Buckshot which means it is very overpowered but whatever, I don't care.

  • Soulshatter: now has ND again, but 3/4 damage.

  • New skill: Summon Jinn replaces Necromantic Trance.
  • Bend the Shadows: changed sound effect.
  • Frostclaw Totem: replaced sound.
  • Mana Tide Totem: replaced graphic to avoid overlay bug.
  • Unholy Prayer: limited radius to enable melee contact; changed sound effect; changed icon.
  • By popular demand, limited max number of minions to reduce maintenance:
Shadows: 10

  • Totems now properly get your -% enemy resists.

  • Increased minion caps due to whining (after they were reduced due to whining...):
Shadows: 30

The only one that is really noticable is the Shadows (skill level 30), because it is also the only monster made out of two pieces and therefore twice as laggy (CLoD skeletons were made out of 9 pieces...).

パラディン

  • Edict of Forbiddance replaces Retribute: periodically deals weapon damage in an area.

  • Edict of Forbiddance: radius reduced.

  • Black Sleep: is now an area effect spell.
  • Edict of Forbiddance: reduced damage from 1/2 to 1/3.
  • Shadowfiends: increased cap from 10 to 20 because it wasn't overpowered.

  • Black Sleep: corrected timer.
  • Blood Thorns: no longer worthless - sorry, I meant to say it no longer has ND.
  • Holy Trap: corrected synergy description.
  • Slayer: removed irritating sound.
  • Tainted Blood: reduced duration and therefore increased heal rate.

  • Tainted Blood: Reverted accidental nerf.

ソーサレス

  • Fixes an issue where some lightning skills gained an incorrect bonus from energy factor.
  • Bladestorm: increased damage from 1/2 to 3/4.
  • Hive: synergy increased from 8% to 10%.
  • Nova Charge: synergy increased from 4% to 6%.
  • Spiral Dance replaces Starfire. Sorry to all Starfire users. See above. Also, the melee sorc's reliance on a single unique item sucked.
  • Time Field: no longer has ND.

  • New skill: Frigid Sphere replaces Cold Fear.
  • New skill: Ice Lance replaces Frozen Soul.
  • New skill: Lightning Cascade replaces Lightning Wall.
  • New skill: Symbol of Esu replaces Disintegrate.
  • New skill: Fear of Fire replaces Inner Fire.
  • New skill: Creeping Doom replaces Carpet of Spiders.

  • Bladestorm: ND is now 3, down from 5.

  • Ice Elementals: greatly increased damage; increased mana cost; reduced Glacial Nova CtC% due to lag.
  • Pyroblast: increased damage.
  • Spiral Dance: now costs 100 mana.
  • Static Orb renamed to Thunderstone and graphics changed.

  • Frigid Sphere: fixed erroneous ND.

  • Creeping Doom: fixed description; renamed back to Carpet of Spiders.
  • Fear of Fire: timer is 10 seconds and decreases with hard points, down to 5.2 at 21, 4.0 at 28 etc.
  • Forked Lightning: capped number of bolts at 8.
  • Frigid Sphere: reduced cold damage for balance reasons.
  • Ice Elementals: reduced Glacial Nova proc chance but increased damage and life.
  • Lightning Cascade: increased damage.
  • Lorenado: increased damage.
  • Symbol of Esu: greatly increased life and mana heal.
  • Time Field: reduced slow % to avoid hitting the cap early; reduced radius.
  • Thunderstone: fixed bug that caused excessive damage.
  • Swapped Arcane Fury and Symbol of Esu in the skill tree.

  • Symbol of Esu: Reduced heal bonus to +250/level.

その他

  • Added skills: Path of Flames, SMG, Amatoxin, BFG83K, Body of the Savior.
  • Ambush: reduced skill timer to 2 seconds.
  • Medusa: now does 1/2 damage, up from 1/4; conversion 100% -> 75%; reduced NextDelay to 3 frames.
  • Sunburn: now inflicts slow instead of resist pierce.

  • PlugYのステータスの振りなおしを解禁した。

  • Body of the Savior: halved life and damage due to overflow.

  • Body of the Savior: now a summoning skill.
  • Liche Totem: stat bonus is now a percentage to avoid the strength bug.
  • SMG: greatly increased damage (3/4) and increased attack rate.

  • Reduced stat% affixes on jewels from 3-6% to 1-2%.
  • Added oskill Ancients' Hand, Tantrum, Gorefest and Clobber to appropriate magic, rare and crafted items.
    • 既についている修飾詞に関する注意
      • Due to a rescaling of the corresponding number ranges, existing items with +% chance to block will have their chance go down by 3%, items with +max minions by 5 and items with +% total weapon damage will go down by 50%. This will not affect newly spawned items. Please reroll or refind the item.

  • Disabled Clobber and Gorefest on bows.

  • Low level +skill affixes are no longer so easily culled from the affix pool at high levels.

Hatred level limit is now 60 instead of 40;

  • Toraja: fixed erroneously low hit points of Celebrants in Destruction.
  • Tran Athulua: the amazons can no longer be interrupted and forced to shoot nothing.
